[1]Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 (‘TORUM Act’) s 78(1)(a).[2]The 6 months disqualification was the mandatory period prescribed by s 78(3)b) of the TORUM Act.The notice of appeal sets out the following grounds of appeal: ·     That the magistrate erred by failing to consider that the Queensland Police Service (‘QPS’) and the Office of the Director...
