I gave an ex tempore judgment in relation to these proceedings Monday 1 August, when the applicant had sought, amongst other things, to vacate the hearing, set down 16 – 19 August commencing at Moree, in anticipation of calling further evidence. I did not accede to the request to vacate the hearing date and made orders in relation to further conduct of the matter.
